Adapter pieces for brake cooling inlets are now put into production.
Two prototype parts have been produced in-house to test the process.
The shapes and dimensions have been taken from the 3-D CAD models by means of cutting out and stacking cross sections of the models.
After filling and sanding, the plugs were then used for hand lay-up and curing under vacuum.
Using the lessons learnt from the prototype production, a number of small body parts will be produced to complement the body panels currently in production by Aviate Products.
